It's dodgy because this information suggests that major news, of a price sensitive nature, is to be announced in the near future :
"The Australian mining company ...... is on the verge of securing a significant off-take agreement..."
"...The company's stock could be revalued with this milestone..."
"Vanadium Resources is developing one of the world's highest-grade vanadium deposits in South Africa and is now about to enter into an offtake agreement...."
"Vanadium Resources: A revaluation of the share is pending!"
They are not supposed to do that. It means that some shareholders get to learn this news before others, and could use it to their advantage. Note VR8's SP went up today too, by 8% without any ASX ann. I simply don't know what the company think they are playing at.
