That's fine, by the end of this year is the deadline they are essentially implying, there is nothing controversial about that.
Based on their timeline they are seeking either full debt or the full funding package by then according to my understanding.
Management has just churned out 3 very good MOU deals and probably still shaking off jet lag from the China trip.
Give them some time to get the actual deals in place, I am confident they will come. MOUs were the first step for financing, V205 on the rise, now is the right time to be chatting to private equity vultures and Private credit psychopaths... Patience will be rewarded
