IMO, @azzam_e there are a good number of steps that could occur between now and raising capital that would bring the SP up.
It’s also not just a matter of ‘raising at these’ levels, because the share price and current liquidity is not reflective of the current value.
So I think in this case, given the board’s experience and the patience that they’ve had so far, they will take a nuanced approach to determining the best options at the right time based on development stage and available options.
