My 2c worth.
It is a Resource update, not a Reserve update, so clause 29 will have no impact on tomorrow's announcement.
Having said that, when we have an updated Resource (even if smaller than current with boundary changes, etc), when we move to scoping study we will be able to apply the current economics (i.e. a very much higher commodity price) which will yield a lower cut off grade and one would assume a much greater conversion of the Resource to Reserve (provided it remains an Indicated Resource or better, and we crack the metallurgy).
We don't come on the radar of other Va company's presentations when they look at the players in the Vanadium space. The excitement for me is we have had these assets for over a decade, the Va2O5 price is much improved, and announcing something even if smaller, is still huge when compared to the other current players.
