I reckon that Mr Algar is inspirational.
It appears to me that Mr Algar is happy in what he is doing.
People, that are happy at the work they are doing, will inevitably produce good results.
The enthusiasm that a real leader generates is beyond price.
IMO this may well be the infancy of a multi national coy.
