I like Vincent's energy in spreading the word where it will make the most difference.

If we follow his movements the guy is really active.
Lot's of travel and spreading the word.

Might sound nice but from years of doing it, very tiring and I'm impressed the way he's so focused.

I hold 5 stocks only and consider AVL my highest risk / reward.
That is the other four I consider safer but with less upside.

Of the 5 , Vincent is my top management pick.

I would also applaud the company on their shareholder relations.
Something sadly missing on the ASX.

So many ASX stocks forget they are spending our money.

As a new group in research and planning for miners it's an absolute focus for us.

A strong and well informed retail base is worth a lot of dollars to companies and investors.
We believe in it so strongly we will not take on any project that does not have exceptional shareholder relations as a number one priority.
