I know what you mean by tangible.... but they have only been engaged for a little over 6 months, these things take time. In one breath you say "i dont want a shabby agreement", and then "what tangible results".......I would rather the best deal, and not just a deal.
MM have been engaged to simply connect and market... not be the broker of the deal... so like a said, it is impossible to put a KPI in their agreement.
