if I were a banker reading research papers on the potential of Vanadium, i.e. energy storage in vrfb and solid state batteries and the breakthroughs made regarding replacing silicon in chip and data storage application (or just being a superior semiconductor material for that matter) and then look at a 25+ year, high quality vanadium mine outside of china and russia (i belief vanadium is now a material of US national security concern?)...i might.
if i were a banker living in the past and only focus on the steel industry vanadium had an impact on and ignore geopolitical threads...i might not
