IMO, without funding the project cannot progress any further, so forget about if it is in a growth sector or not.
if you look at current V-price that is less than the C3 cost in BFS, this makes the project not economically viable, and not easy to secure debt finance.
also if you look at the total SOI, fully diluted SOI is ~4300M, and the NPV is A$507M that is 11.7cps
and you have to consider any future dilution, from BFS it mentioned about 65% debt gearing, so around A$211.4M will be equity finance,
and the SOI will be around 6.1B shares, NPV/SOI will be 8.3cps, the s/p is at 3.1cps now, which makes this investment not so attractive, ins't it?
