Oh OK, just so I'm clear here, what you're insinuating is that as you state there are "no delays" these MOU's will turn into binding agreements this year, despite the fact that AVL doesn't have the funding, and quite frankly I don't believe they own a dump truck yet. But still, this non binding agreement for 100,000 tonnes of FeTi coproduct (@$120 on the IO 62% FE index) might be able to buy them one as I see a BelAZ 75710 Dump Truck is about $7 million!!
Having said that, I do appreciate you posting the article. It made me go and do a bit of digging and I ran across this Proactive article again from just September 2022. They are close to AVL, so I'm sure they have good information. For some reason I've been using the 12,500mt per annum number for AVL's production, but this article clearly states I should be using 11,000mt(which I believe is still very optimistic). I'll need to update my numbers!
