The QLD Premier was in Townsville yesterday spruiking about mining and manufacturing developments in the region.
One of those proposed developments is Vecco's vanadium electrolyte plant to be built in Townsville. The plant capacity will start at 175MWh and increasing to 350 MWh.No indication of start time, the mine near Julia Ck has to be built.
The AVL electrolyte plant will be 33MWh.
