Anyone know the details of the Safeguard Mechanism Bill that has been passed by the Federal Parliament?
The aim is reduce CO2 emissions,does this, or could this apply to AVL?
According to the BFS the minesite will generate 64,000 tonnes of CO2 p/a and the refinery 90,000t p/a, probably add another approx 20,000t p/a for transport.
