To be precise it is an image of the expanded US Vanadium electrolyte-making operation that was opened around 18 months ago.

The back portion of the big warehouse at 41 Parri Rd was for lease as of early July for $260,000 a year
But maybe the AVL plant is going into the front section which is just down the road from the big ALS premises (which may be useful?)
Maybe someone can ask them up at the Diggers?
