It does seem a bit odd…
The other night I had a quick scan of some of the Wanneroo council development approvals in the last few months using a ‘Wangara’ [search on this page function], and felt that it was a bit odd that nothing was mentioned regards chemical manufacturing facilities..
I just looked again

- this time at both building and development approvals in March, April, May and June and there is no mention of any proposals approved for 14 Achievement Way, Wangara.
The biggest by far was in June - an application through BGC builders at 329 Gnangara Rd for concrete bins, plant steelwork and footings to the value of around $3m.
Which might have sounded like a possibility bar the address?
I dunno.
Maybe we will find out more about the case of the somewhat mysterious electrolyte plant in tomorrow’s presentation?
