@sandfire I don't agree - they haven't stuffed up at all!
This is a good strategic initiative and while this is a time heavy process the technical experience gained is of huge value going forward. It gives VSun the confidence that they 100% know the hardware and build to support the installation and make it as trouble free as it can be when installed - it's 100% an insurance/assurance strategy.
As they now fully understand in detail what has to be changed from ordered product and at what costs ($$$ and time) that incurs, this provides the knowledge and training they will leverage going forward (and before they get to making their own units) they can now place an order with modifications as needed. This Pilot project is exactly the time to be doing this!
