    Sabine, two things:

    1. Whatever RCF gain on the TMT side of the fence, they lose in dilution on the AVL side of the fence. It’s close to a zero sum game for them. They own both so it’s just moving money from their right hand to their left.

    2. Why do we have to wait for the independent report but the people in support of the deal can come out within a few days to voice it?
