1) Maybe they’re looking at horizons beyond ‘merger’ day and considering forward values based on the size of AVL’s potential new share registry and what happens they’re next.
— If zero sum for them then why have they come out already in support of 12 for one?

2) I think that depends on the market qualifications of those who have come out to support it and whether -because of those qualifications - they are assumed to have a capacity for more informed decision-making.
— I am quite sure that if I was trying to get my vote registered early as a ‘yes’ vote it would not be counted as official either (although if I had or represented ) any kind of percentage holding they might name me in the SOA)
