Who will step up to partner with/fund the Australian Vanadium project?

There’s clearly ‘movement at the (charging) station as far as big companies and VFBs are concerned.
And as we know despite the most recent announcement of a stronger, longer better mine, AVL may  still only be minimg enough to produce 1GW hour of vanadium electrolyte a year
….and we will likely want to keep some of that for our own electrolyte plant .
