Can someone please tell me why there is secrecy surrounding who is appealing the the approval, and the grounds for the appeal. ?
Why is there a lack of transparency. ?
How does this not contradict a directors obligation of continuous disclosure. ?
Do the directors know the answers to these questions. ?
Does confidentiality trump disclosure ?
How can I have a sentiment when I lack crucial information that may decide if the company can even progress the next stage.?
