Governments have perfected the art of talking about changes but every government just wants to hold power as long as possible and honestly doesn't give a crap about changing things for the better 5, 10, 50 years down the track. What benefit for them, now? none.
Every government should simply be setting aside x % every year that goes into renewable energy... Their salaries and junkets alone in a year could probably fund a Dalian VRFB.
