A poster raised a good point after the proposed merger, would this affect the Ni,Cu and Co rights BYH held on the AVL tailings. The BYH quarterly said BYH still holds the those mineral rights .Not sure how it would work if the merger goes ahead.
Also a week after the proposed merger was announced BYH moved out of the office it shared with AVL.
