Having a government funding partner for a certain $US60m gas pipeline is the infrastructure support that we need to be in Canberra lobbying for.
We've now seen in the most recent AVL presentation that they've allowed funding for half ($US28.8m) of the much talked about pipeline. Interesting how much crarpa they talked about a halfpipe.
I've said a few times the JV isn't something that can be formalised pre-funding as it exposes any TMT partner to AVL risk and vice-versa... but it will happen. We needed to factor trucking in CNG in the PFS thanks to the fact we are many months ahead. Time, tide and TMT wait for no man.
