That's not realistic IMHO.
Nobody is buying shares on market as part of a BOA, I don't think I've ever seen that happen.
They would likely want to buy in though at this very low price if committing to a BOA for anything 20% of product or above. Means they basically get the product for a fraction of market price once the SP 10 bags on reaching production and starts paying dividends back on the sales to themselves.
If we are lucky they get 20% of the company at 25 cents per share and bring some finance to put toward the opex.


Any agreement reached in principle at meetings last week would surely need to be formalised with initial paperwork etc.
TH on Thursday would be good though.
