The traffic accident is contrary to your claim. Three people died and two injured. The bridge was not broken, but lost balance, caused by two truck overload, 7 fold overloaded for 30T limit truck.
It demonstrated Chinese bridge and truck are quite reliable made by their powerful steel. Actually some comments did suggest that truck manufacturer must design some mechanism to disable the truck if overload reach 200% etc.
