There has been ongoing discussion about TMT on the AVL threat. Someone listed a bunch of criticisms and I'm curious to hear everyone's thoughts, particularly @7benson7 . I'll post the list below:
- the deposits are vastly seperated
- bought land next door to support construction area and agreed to royalties of 1% of the V Revenue!!! ...Revenue!
- directors background looks slim on the mining development side, and no V experience?
- drill campaign is lacking with no measured resource compliance. Dollars being spent to aim to upgrade this now.
- PFS was too heavily reliant on near full extraction of the reserve in the north block to achieve an acceptable mine life
- PFS was done soley by subcontractors? (Usually this is a short term vested interest)
