The statement of settlement indicates that the site will be completely rehabilitated. That seems to indicate the plant will not be re-instated. However, I expect once PMA has complete control they can do as they please.
I understand that the issues and payments have not yet been completely settled. Roderick Smith is overseas and returns next week.
