…..If the EPA publicises the fact it has completes its’ review?

…….. If if and if.
(And yes I have been feeling a bit ‘iffy’ lately.)

….. which leads me to think that IF the EPA does say it has reviewed the submission by next Friday, then the other dates might be loosely inferred as reliable?
