Yes it beats me why the discount is increasing rather than decreasing with 11 days until the merger vote. Surely the merger will be approved. Can it be explained by investors thinking that AVL will trade lower post merger. I was in this camp but given the trading in AVL this week I’m no longer convinced. Next week will be interesting. all being equal you can buy TMT at 24c which will convert to AVL at 1.715c
