I’m not arguing it ought to have been funded Troy - just that lenders - commercial lenders especially -would have been wary for many reasons … and rightly so given the price of vanadium since!
I also agree AVL has a great deposit.
I also agree Bushveld is down the tube - BNP Paribas which authored that funding study about ten months back actually stopped coverage of it in January.

I disagree with your earlier points that knowledge it’s a 20 year old tech will have much to do with funding, and think that the fact China is zooming ahead with it is not necessarily going to convince banks to fund us either.
(For instance that recently announced Three Gorges project is on the site of an area well known for having vanadium contamination (not saying that’s why it was booked just evidencing that there are other factors in play in China )

Finally disagreeing with me for the sake of argument is kind of inane I think.
-Most here want the price to go up and stay up - including me . I just feel there are better funding options out there than banks.
