What a disaster this merger is turning out to be for TMT holders. At the current bid of 1.3c, their TMT shares are now effectively worth 1.3 x 14 = 18.2c ! I predicted that the AVL SP would crash, and warned that the TMT "turkeys would be voting for Christmas", but the merger went ahead anyway. With a SELL:BUY queue ratio of nearly 4:1, it looks like the SP will continue to decline. With the MC now around $120m, isn't this the MC of AVL alone before the merger ? What on earth happened to the value of TMT's assets ? It seems they have simply evaporated.
