Hi cophot and I think you have hit the nail on the head with the reminder of free shares (and very cheap ones).
Because right now at 1.4c a share there are comparatively few people still ‘in front’ and yet those few hold most of the shares here.
By my estimate 1.4c a share takes the TMT entrants down to only breaking even at 19.6c a share .
At less than that they are still laughing.
On the AVL side there are also many millions of free and cheap shares .

So as many BOD executives - especially those worth their salt - are hired by different companies I don’t feel there’s much to worry about from them in regards intentions.

But the price attrition here is beginning to look more and more like a war of factions to me with a genuine reason to it.
    - I’ve been caught in several companies that crashed cophot - one had a smarmy sweet talking director who got banks to loan as he sold whilst hiding the facts the company had under quoted on acres and acres of solar panels .
Another was Altura - up to beyond its eyebrows in debt at high interest and forced to produce offtake for its main customer.
    - and a few that were ’ all about the spin and constant promises with a product that couldn’t get off the ground.
    - Another I confidently had shares in - another big ‘reputable’ company that sold health food suddenly turned out to have massive inventory of rotten stock that hadn’t been booked.

There’s plenty of horror stories out there isn’t there?
Yesterday that lithium ‘market darling’ over in Africa announced it was going to be delisted - aster two years of suspension -essentially because of the possibly corrupt politics over there .

Anyway I see none of that here.
Whatever ‘lifestyle lizards’ previous BOD may have been, the BOD has been refreshed.
The mineral potential, technology, networks and government support looks very solid to me .

what’s not solid is the price.
The Australian Vanadium price is NOT advancing - or not for now.
And to me it seems different to big holders getting disillusioned at this late stage and walking away and to all the other substantial falls I’ve looked at.

So what else might be driving this?

    Cheers
