Troydt, followed you over. Yes, V price plays God to this project's future.
That the RCF backed AVL takeover of TMT's top quality resources is a done deal seems nailed on now.

    TMT RIP - done deal.

In the short term: to acquire AVL shares at a c. 25% discount, all any punter has to do is buy TMT, and wait a couple of weeks for the done deal.

    Obvious?

Is there a more simpler arbitrage play on the ASX today?

Medium term: strengthening V prices and the progression of TMT's world class superior quality resource bodes well for the new AVL+.

Government is clearly hungry for the political narrative - bringing easier finance and easing political risks.
Management too has the opportunity to be less compromised by hidden agendas, and go for it.

Long term: the potential adoption of V-batteries as an essential component of a globally transforming energy system, turns AVL+ into a resource kingpin, and ASX investment legend.

I invested in TMT's superior world class resource ( with potential accellerating demand for high spec V), as well as the multi-resource potential underpinning any development plan.

That potential now transfers to AVL+.

    Simple.
