I never said AVL joined TMT only for an EPA approval?? Come on!
I said AVL never got funded because they didn’t have EPA approvals. How can you provide funding to a project developer that doesn’t have approval/permits to construct their mine? Thats why AVL AND TMT’s earlier BFS’ didn’t get funded, neither company was ready. If you watch company presentations the new merged AVL is nearing that time.
