While the SP is unloved, i'm tempted to pull money off a personal loan that is all but paid off, as I know the returns will be much greatee long term than the loan interest...
Yarrabubba set the the timeline back a year, which I guess has made money shy away for the time being, but has made this much more of a project that will actually get off the ground..
