From my small amount of research, I think IRC's deposit is shale so isn't considered a normal resource. If the Chinese they have working on it can crack how to get battery grade vanadium out of the shale (which hasn't been done before) it will turn out to be massive. Until it can be done I think IRC's focus is on gold though, someone correct me if I'm wrong
