I've been monitoring AVL and TMT for a considerable time.....and I have seen the pump and dumps but there has been a lot of interest in both with some substantial buys. A lot appear to be large buys, more than the average retail buyer could generally afford.....I'm thinking the market is ready to buy in. Watch this space... IMO.
