A good share price catalyst will be if Todd exercises their 20 million options - gives RTA another $4 million cash
Look at the price Todd has the option to purchase another 7.5% of the infrastructure project at - $36 million.
RTA's only debt is to Todd and it looks like Todd is more than happy to convert it to RTA shares at much higher prices than the current 22c.
