O.K put your memory banks into gear and go way back to Hoots old posts on Vanguard reporting . Just forget about Vanguard sub holder notices as they are simply reporting as beneficial interest. Vanguard are listed as Chase Nominees. ( Vang ) on the M & G sub holder notices

Vanguard have not increased their holding from the M & G notice dated 27th of February ( see image below ) Royboys thread should have been titled " confusing " not transparent. - it is transparent but very confusing as of the 27/02/12 ( M & G - Vanguard & Prudential ) owned 30.5m shares in Cudeco ( a tad over 16 % ) its possible they have since bought up to another 1.9m as they do not need to lodge another change in sub holder notice until their holding increases ( or decreases ) by 1% of the total shares on issue.

So M & G prudential and vanguard do not own more than 32.5m shares in CDU at this point in time.
