I agree with you the appeal is their tactic. Then isn’t Billabong the one who is wasting the court’s time and using the system to damage Vango?
They have been trying to pressure Vango since 2017 and Vango is still standing. Why settle now when Vango holds the key that Billabong so desperately wants?
The fact that Billabong is still appealing at this stage, tells me that they know their offer to Vango wasn’t good enough and they can’t afford to pay more. I don’t blame them. Billabong don’t have the money anyway.
