I think you don’t have to look through a lot of documents to draw your conclusion. Just apply logic and ask the question. Why a winning party file for appeal against its own win? How do you justify a damage claim on a non-producing asset?

As for Mr Carson, I have high respect for him but he did sold the asset to Vango for $2 million. So….
