LOL. Pretty clear who's actually nervous. Superior gets 50% of the "K2 Tenements"'; which include K2, K1 and PHB; for spending $3 million in the project. Vango doesn't see a penny of that money.

You may wish to read the judge's Feb 11 ruling. And find a more accurate source of legal information. The one you're using is costing you money (see share price).
