Then why they appeal? Just follow the judges order then and get everything. This story doesn’t add up no matter how Superior spins it. For me, I look at this quite simple. Only losers appeal the court decision because they didn’t get what they want. All these fancy legal wordings don’t change the fact. By the way, time started ticking now so Billabong better act fast.
