You can keep trying to sell that, I guess.
But at this point, the Western Australia court has ruled the it was VANGO, not Billabong/Superior, that breached it's agreements, in both 2016 and 2017. Both of Vango's business partners have sued them, and now the ASX has had to ask for extended clarification of Vango's communications with the market.
Not sure you have much of a case, for pointing the finger elsewhere than Vango.
