Isnt this announced by the company late last year? Vango is happy with the outcome and Superior Gold followed it through by signing the orders. So what’s the fuss? So instead of signing a BTS which was much more defined, superior picked the one with a lot of “if” and “up to” here. To those people saying Vango lost 50% of K2, first of all, it is not free, Superior gold still need to pay. Secondly, it is “up to 50%”. If K2’s CAPEX exceeds 6m, which I think it will be at today’s costs, Superior gets less. Will a real winner files for an appeal? Doesn’t seem a winner to me. So read the action, not just words and relax.
