IMO Vango's reported drill results have to be interpreted with Vango management's track record in mind.
According to a WASC judge, Vango's actions in both 2016 and 2017 breached a contract Vango had signed with Billabong. Both of Vango's business partners, Billabong and Zuleika, have sued Vango, over separate breaches (alleged so far in the case of Zuleika).
