But I still suggest you look up the definition of ROFR and scroll through Dampier/ZAG’s announcement detailing all the key terms of the offers before making any conclusion from the judge’s rulings. Again, Vango doesn’t need to be destroyed in order for Superior to succeed. It’s a good judgement and by complying, both companies will benefit.
