I do not know the exact details, but I believe VAN still has to spend over $ 3 million within the next few months, and time is running out for them. Surprisingly neither VAN nor LSR has made any update on the status of the JV deal. Shareholders of both companies have the right to know what is going on. Judging by the the way VAN has handled the JV deal so far, I would not rank VAN as a reliable business partner. I won't be surprised if LSR has to go to court to sort this out. No wonder, VAN has a few court cases against them.
