vanguard and m&g

Something is very wrong here, Vanguard and M&G would not dump so heavily if there was not.
They still hold plenty and have taken a break IMO to get the price up a little before more selling we will see.

When a company like Vanguard, who bought at much much higher prices start to exit at these low prices, one needs to take a good hard looks at what is happening here, afteralll they know far more than the average Joe Blow.
