    Intheblack....my apologies. I dont know why I wrote rights issue! I meant SPP, thanks for the correction.

    The only problem is the LIC I would love to have a SPP (AUI) is non existent.
    Anyway, im in on BRK.B tonight. I think the dollar and the close to $4k mark is enough for me. Heaven forbid an emotional decision....
