The date of the 28th September noted as the date of acquistion of 5m shares by VPMM might actually be the correct date.

It was on 23rd September that CDU announced the placement of 10m shares to 'one institutional investor'. In their initial substantial holder notice, M&G listed 5m shares registered with Chase Nominees. I'm sure that these are the 5m shares held by the Vanguard Fund. The date that the Vanguard Fund acquired the 5m shares may well have been 28th Sept.

If that is the case, I'm surprised that M&G could still claim to be a substantial holder as at the date of their notices on 7th October and 3rd November. Can you have two entities claiming to be substantial holders based on the same parcel of shares? What am I missing?
